portfolio task 6

Many people think that single currency will be an excellent way to solve many problems. On the other hand I think that it would cause problems nowadays.

We have an example of a single currency and that is the euro in Europe; at the start of using of euro it was good but now you can see that they have many problems but still it has some benefits.

But nowadays we can’t have a single currency because all countries have different economies and countries are poor or rich. Some countries will not agree because of conflict between some countries.

Nowadays we can’t have a single currency but we still don’t know about what will happened in the future.

A balanced diet

Nowadays many people are trying to lose weight by using many different ways of diets, one of the most common, and the people think it is effective, is eating balanced diet or eating balanced meals. I have to say I disagree with them.

I clearly see that they are partly right because you need a balanced meals without sugar or fat and that’s for the body to functional in the right way by drinking a lot of water and to gain the most important supplementary vitamins and proteins from healthy foods. If there is an absence of any of the important ingredient for along period of time it can cause serious damage to the body, which leads to sickness.

But, in my personal experience balancing meals is not enough for losing weight because I think you need to exercise more. If you balance your meals, but eat and sit without doing any activity you will have some diseases of illness in the future but if you balance your meals and do excurses you will protect your self from many diseases. There are may ways of exercises like aerobics or cross fit or only walking for an hour.

In conclusion, this is my opinion and there are many people who agree or disagree with me.

Nowadays, the number of accidents around the world has increased a lot and one of the major cases of that is using mobile phones while driving.

There are two sides to the argument, first the side who disagree with banding using mobile phone while driving. They say we have our own freedom of choice whether we want to use the phone while driving or not and because sometimes you have an emergency call you need to answer.

On the other hand, the side that agrees with banding using mobile while driving, say that even if you want to have your own freedom of choice to die by accidents it is better if you can stop the car beside the street and answer the call whether it was an emergency or not.

The reason for people trying to band using mobile phones while driving is to decrease the number of accidents, not stop the freedom of people.

The two charts show the percentage of people who study for career of for interest and the percentage of employees that get support with time off and help with fees in their studies by age groups in the UK. As we can see for the first graph the age group between 40 and49 had the same percentage in both studying for career and for interest but the second group between 30 and 39 has the lowest percentage of support.

The first graph shows that the people under 26 have more interest in studying for career than studying for interest. On the other hand people over 49 had more interest in studying for interest than studying for career. But for the second graph it is the opposite, the people under 26 and over 49 have almost the same percentage for the support with 64% for under 26 and 45% for over 49. But middle age people between 30 and 39 have the lowest support.

In conclusion, as we can see older and younger people have almost the same percentage for support in studying

This graph shows the number of people in rich and poor countries between 1750 and 2150. It shows that the sharp increases started in 1950.

First the population of the developed and rich countries from 1750 till 1950 was much less than 1 billion but it increased to a peak of 1 billion in 2000 and they estimate that it will be stable till 2150. On the other hand, in the less developed and poor countries from 1750 till 1900, the population was 1 billion but it increased slightly to 2 billion in 1950 than it increased sharply to 6.1 billion in 2000 and they estimate that it will still be going up to 9 billion in 2150.
